La Jolla Shores is a bedroom community next to the beach. The home is located just to the left of the red roofed buildings in main listing photo. It's just one block to Avenida De La Playa where all of the restaurants and shops are located and less than two blocks to La Jolla Shores Beach and Kellogg Park. The park has a children's playground and is right next to the beach. This home is in the best location in The Shores! The world famous La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club is just around the corner and La Jolla Cove is a 10-15 minute walk or a short drive away. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a fireplace, central heating and air conditioning, cozy living room that opens to the remodeled, well-equipped kitchen. The lovely outdoor sitting area off the kitchen/dining area has a BBQ, fire pit, and comfortable lounge seating. Another private patio is located off the master and has two Chaise Lounges.
The home is airy with stylish, yet comfortable furnishings and every modern convenience you will want while on vacation at the beach. The full kitchen is complete with everything you would require to prepare home cooked meals. Plenty of seating at the dining table that seats 6. The living room has a gas fireplace and is furnished with a 42 ' flat screen TV, and full cable channels.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen TV, and also has its own private patio area which is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or some afternoon sun. The second bedroom has a queen size bed , flat screen TV, and large closet. The third bedroom is located just off the living room area and has bunk beds (twin over full) and beautiful glass pained doors that lead outside into the courtyard/patio area. There are two full size bathrooms in the home. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided.
The La Jolla Shores Cape Cod has a quiet and private courtyard/patio area, which is ideal for barbeques, outdoor dining and entertaining. La Jolla Shores is a beach and popular vacation/residential community of the same name in La Jolla, San Diego, California. The quaint La Jolla Shores business district is a relaxed, mixed-use village encircling Laureate Park, on Avenida de la Playa in the village of La Jolla Shores.
