Large exposed and shaded terrace opening onto a pleasant landscaped garden with trees, adjoining the vast neighboring meadow. Beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside (without any vis-à-vis). Splendid panorama and landscapes. Composition: Duplex gîte in the owners' house also including a second gîte (total independence in joint ownership). Wireless. Oil central heating + wood stove (wood supplied free of charge with limitation). Laundry room shared by the 2 gites including washing machine + dryer. Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, separate toilet. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are in a row, similar to a large "family" room divided into 2 independent spaces (bed 2 p. 160x200cm / 2 beds 1 p. 90x200cm which can be twinned into a 2-p bed of 180x200cm / bed 2 p. 160x200cm / bed 1 p. of 80x190cm), 2 bathrooms located in 2 bedrooms (shower + wc in each).
