Patricia & Jean-Paul open the doors of a charming authentic 19th century character home, steeped in history & carefully restored, nestled in a quiet area on an old agricultural estate made up of various buildings, all perfectly renovated, on the edge of a mini rural hamlet. Literally enchanting setting & site, nestled in a "balcony" on a well-exposed southwest hillside, facing a sublime bocage plateau (home to the famous peaceful Charolais cows in season). Magnificent panorama & sumptuous landscapes. Absolute calm, in the hollow of a magnificent undulating cirque, nestled under the wooded ridges of the surrounding hills, on the slopes of Mont Saint-Cyr, the highest point in southern Burgundy (unique belvedere offering an exceptional panoramic view as far as Mont-Blanc on a clear day!). Sublime preserved setting of greenery & nature, a true haven of peace & rest. Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Beautiful volumes. Warm "country chic" spirit combined with the exotic soul of the place (preservation of beams, stone walls & beautiful original wooden molded cupboard wall doors). Cozy & ultra cozy atmosphere. Lots of charm & character. Intimate large exposed & shaded terrace, very carefully planted & flowered in the spirit of a "micro-garden", arbitrating a covered spa, completed by a mini panoramic terrace perched in a "belvedere", equipped with a relaxation lounge. Composition: Access to the property by 400m of passable dirt road. Semi-detached house to the owners' home, neighboring a second gîte (total independence without vis-à-vis). Wifi (fiber). Central heating (mixed wood / oil). 1st floor (access by staircase going up from the courtyard-parking): living room-kitchen-lounge. 2nd floor: bedroom (double bed 140x190cm + single sofa bed 80x190cm as an extra), bathroom (shower/WC).
