An Exclusive Living Room: Relax in your own living space featuring a sofa bed, wine fridge, & flat-screen TV with a Guest Firestick. Enjoy modern amenities like a fridge freezer, kettle, ethernet connection and coffee machine. You will also have access to Jersey Telecom wifi through your stay.
A Private Landing: Here you will have your very own petite dining area.
Additional Shared Spaces: Access the shared kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, & a shared bathroom where you can enjoy a soothing bath. Please note that we have access to a spare toilet on the ground floor, so the main bathroom while shared is prioritised for guests.

While there is no dedicated outdoor space, you are welcome to explore the vibrant neighbourhood of St. Helier & take advantage of its many parks, beaches, & attractions just a short stroll away.

We will not use the second floor of the apartment while you are here, unless specifically requested or invited. Your privacy and enjoyment of the space are our top priorities.

Other things to note
Parking: Snow Hill Car Park is a minute walk away & offers free parking from 5 PM to 8 AM.
Accessibility: Please note that our apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. We regret that we do not have an elevator, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Pet Alert: We share our home with a friendly Birman cat named Beebee. While she's a beloved and gentle member of our household, please let us know if you have any allergies or concerns. Feel free to treat her with some cat treats and toys we've left in the guest living room, however she doesn't handle human food well.
Climate Control: Our apartment does not have air conditioning. While we provide a fan for your comfort, please be aware that temperatures can rise during the summer months.
Noise Levels: Being centrally located means that our neighbourhood can be lively on weekends. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs are provided for your convenience.
Privacy: While we respect your privacy, please note that we may occasionally need access to shared spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom during your stay. Of course we will always be cordial. We do have private access to our own WC in the building, however it is without a shower.
House Rules: Please familiarise yourself with our house rules, which include no smoking, no pets (other than Beebee), and no parties or events.
