Positive: Very well located, good equipment of kitchen, quite clean
Negative: The baby bed didn’t have a solids surface, the baby was lying on a very thin mattress feeling the rods. The shower head simply fell off. Both by itself wouldn’t have been so bad but the host was reacting extremely defensively, claiming we broke the shower and needed to replace it and wasn’t interested in the condition of the bed. There was quite a bit of arguing and back and forth via messages. In the end we didn’t need to replace anything but also nothing was repaired properly. Communication only in Italian.
Summary: Generally good place, but bad baby bed and somewhat unreasonable host.
