In the Valle dei Pittori, a few kilometers from Switzerland, I offer an attic with a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in a beautiful condo on the edge of the pine forest and, at the same time, 400 meters from the center of Santa Maria Maggiore. The condo is guarded and offers tennis courts, a children play area, a barbecue, its own small pine forest and large common area for relaxing in the sun or reading a book. Wide possibility of parking in the square in front of the condo.
