Magnificent landscaped surroundings, nestled on the edge of crop fields a stone's throw from the very first vineyards, in the hollow of the gentle hilly Tournugeoise countryside, nestled at the foot of the wooded foothills of the superb South Burgundy massif, wild & preserved, to be explored during soothing walks or mountain bike rides. Spacious cottage of very good comfort. Vast living room of 70m². Warm country character sublimated by a very beautiful heritage rehabilitation, carried out "identically" in respect of the original building (floor in Burgundy stones, beams, half-timbered walls with bricks & half-timbered, frame...).
