Beautiful house with charm, typical Valencian decoration. Place to spend a few days relaxing among fruit trees. The city of Valencia is 15 minutes away and the nearest beach is 20 minutes away, very close is a leisure center "Kinepolis" where you can enjoy restaurants and cinemas. Airport 10 minutes away.
Every corner of this house is a craft, all spaces have been worked with care and care by my father, they are works of art in trencadís, if you like the modernist style you will feel like being in the Park Güell.
