Summary: Difficult to find a hotel. No easy access to contact the reservation staff. Also the spa, only open from 11 AM to 11 PM. If you’re late getting in, and you have to check out by 10:30 am, there’s no time to use the spa, which is one of the reason why I booked with this hotel.
