Hola bienvenido a la Casa del Jagüey.
Es un espacio pensado 100% para la convivencia familiar y entre amigos tranquila. La casa esta ubicada en un rincón alejado del ruido de la ciudad, donde podrás disfrutar del campo y de la vista increíble del jagüey. Queremos que te sientas como en tu casa y puedas disfrutar de un rato con quien te acompaña. El espacio esta creado para que te relajes, te asolees y nades.
El terreno de la casa es de 1,000 mt cuadrados de los cuales podrás hacer uso en su totalidad.
Dentro del terreno hay un árbol de duraznos del cual te invitamos a cortar un par de ellos si es que es temporada, son deliciosos.
La casa tiene 4 dormitorios cada uno con baño completo.
Además una cocina equipada para que puedas preparar algo rico durante tu estancia. Tenemos un comedor para 20 personas, así como una sala con chimenea interior. Al lado de la sala podrás encontrar el área de juegos que tiene una mesa de billar y un futbolito.
En la parte exterior tenemos una regadera para que puedas hacer uso de ella antes o después de nadar así como 2 baños para mujeres y 2 para hombres. Una cocina exterior la cual cuenta con asador estilo Argentino.
Alberca con chapoteadero se calienta con celdas solares sin costo, ( en tiempo de lluvia o con poco sol, aire y clima frio la temperatura del agua TIENDE A BAJAR ).
Para esto tenemos la opción de caldera eléctrica, su uso tiene un costo de $1000 pesos por 5 horas o $1600 pesos por 8 horas y se pone durante la noche-madrugada. La función de la caldera eléctrica es ayudar a que la temperatura que alcanzo el agua con las celdas solares no baje tanto durante la noche, la fuente principal que climatiza la piscina son las celdas solares, por lo que si los días previos a su visita no son soleados y a su llegada el agua de la alberca esta fría, no sugerimos el uso de la caldera eléctrica ya que no es suficiente para calentar el agua.
