La Casa de los Miradores es una casa de indianos del 1918, recién rehabilitada situada en un valle precioso atravesado por el rio Saja y muy próximo a las poblaciones de Novales, Santillana del Mar y Cóbreces, con la playa de Luaña, a tan solo 12 Km.
El alojamiento
La casa se distribuye en 3 plantas presididas por una preciosa escalera restaurada, con 2 salidas al jardín principal y otra salida al patio trasero donde se encuentra otra zona de comedor y salón exterior, con capacidad para 10 personas, también llamada Socareña.
En la planta Baja.
Encontrarás un hall que se abre a un espacio común abierto formado por una gran cocina, un comedor y una zona de salón con sofás TV y equipo de música.
La cocina está muy equipada con 2 neveras, 2 hornos y un equipamiento completo para aquellos que como sus propietarias disfruten cocinando con o para amigos.
En esta misma planta también hay: un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio (150), un baño, y una zona de lavandería con lavadora y secadora independiente incluida.
En la segunda planta
Se encuentran los dos dormitorios en suite de 20 m2 dónde descansaras como nunca, uno de ellos con bañera además de ducha. Las camas son de 180cm en esta planta. Y ambos dormitorios disfrutan de un mirador independiente donde deleitarse con la lectura y el paisaje que rodea la casa.
En esta misma planta hay también, una habitación despacho, por si necesitas conectarte o aislarte para tele trabajar, en algún momento.
En la Bajocubierta
Esta zona de la casa es perfecta para si vienes con hijos ya que hay 2 dormitorios independientes, uno con cama de 160 formada por 2 camas de 90cm y otro segundo dormitorio con 2 camas separadas de 90cm también. Ambas comparten el baño de esta planta con una gran ducha.
En esta zona y separada también encontrarás una zona polivalente de 45 m2, donde pueden jugar con la playstation que tenemos, ver películas, o simplemente jugar.
Pero si vienes sin niños, está zona además de servir para dormir dos parejas de amigos, es perfecta para relajarse sino quieres estar con el resto de tu grupo, leer, hacer tu practica de yoga o deporte… Incluso tiene una pequeña Kitchenette para prepararte tu café o té, y una nevera.
