The estate was built by a wealthy Andalusian family in the period from 1940 to 1945 and consists of a large house (450 m2), 4 stables (200 m2), a large swimming pool (7 x 11 m) and a large garden with mainly orange trees ( 2500 m2). In the main house, on the first floor, 2 attractive apartments and 4 beautiful rooms have been realized. Location and climate
Finca La Cañota is located in the center of the village of Talará, within walking distance of all local amenities: three mini-markets, various shops (clothing, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, etc.) three banks with cash machines, the town hall of Lecrin, a GP station , a pharmacy, a post office, two gas stations, a primary school and an outdoor swimming pool that is open in July and August.
