L'Ocee offers you a lush garden of more than 4300 m2, containing a pétanque area, a swing, a big trampoline and a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, which is 0.90 m to 1.75 m deep. There's ample garden furniture, a sunshade above the terrace, several parasols are available and so is a sun lounger for each guest.
Pool toys, garden toys and children toys, a barbecue and a bicycle are available.
L'Ocee has an indoor surface of 200 m2. In the basement is a washing machine/dryer and you can play darts, pool, air hockey and table tennis there .
The house is only accessible by staircase. Glassfiber internet is available.
The lounge/dining room is equipped with a big dining table which seats 6, there's a sofa. It also contains a cosy electric 'fireplace', several books and family games, a flat screen television and a stereo set. A big sliding glass door gives access to the 18 m2 terrace and the huge garden with the petanque aera, trampoline, swing and barbecue .
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with a single bed. The beds are made on arrival. Each bedroom has it's own fan and heater. The master bedroom has a shower and toilet attached.
In the bath room you find a bath/shower, a toilet, a hand basin and a hair dryer. The third toilet is in the hallway. We provide for toiletpaper, towels and handsoap.
A baby chair and cot are available. (Please bring your own bed linen for the cot)
The kitchen is fully equipped with a machine for making bread, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, an oven/cooker, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a water cooker, a toaster and all the kitchen utensils you might need. We provide for kitchen towels and tea towels, a sponge a cloth and detergent.
