In the heart of a mini rural hamlet located in the rolling countryside, on the edge of the bocage (with the peaceful & famous Charolais cows as neighbors), on the borders of Clunisois & Charollais, in the heart of the green Guye valley & its river fish market (popular with fishermen), pleasant preserved environment of meadows & forests, 2 km from the small typical village of Saint-Martin-la-Patrouille (commune housing two 19th century Tuileries listed as "Historic Monuments" & a listed Romanesque chapel from the 11th century ), very close to a "promontory" offering an exceptional panorama of the Clunisois, the Monts du Beaujolais & up to Mont-Blanc on a clear day. Spacious, comfortable gîte. Contemporary character with a sober & zen atmosphere. Exposed & shaded gravel terrace.
