Positive: Location: The apartment is well located only minutes away from the Aqueduct Saint-Clément and the Esplanade. Also very easily walkable from the city centre but there is also a tram stop a minute away for those wishing to travel further out. Supermarkets (Spa, Carrefour), boulangerie, kebab kiosk and various other fast food places in the vacinity so very convenient. There's also a great Brasserie round the corner (near tram stop) that does a brilliant and cheap breakfast. Access: Emma couldn't meet us when we arrived but left clear instructions on how to gain access so was very helpful. Appartment: Really cute place, tastefully decorated. Complimentary coffees and chocolates were a nice touch as well as shower gel and towels. Very small and cosy with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, nice enough for a short stay.
Negative: The bed sagged in the middle which unfortunately didn't make for the most comfortable sleep. Could benefit from a new mattress. As others have mentioned, the apartment is in an old building and walls are thin, so you do hear some noise from neighbours. Didn't bother us much though.
