Positive: Amazing property with all essential facilities. Perfect location in the heart of Kyiv, close to the metro and bus stops. The apartment is located on one of the lower floors, which is a plus for safety. Pet-friendly (for an additional fee), with a comfortable bed and sofa — easily accommodates up to three people. The wide balcony offers plenty of sunshine, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Early morning check-in was possible for an extra charge, which was a great convenience. An invoice was also provided, which was appreciated.
Negative: The shower was initially clogged and the drain wasn’t working properly, but the agent responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly.
