Beautiful Disney Home. Completley remodeled. Includes Pool no carpet home. New gourmet kitchen and baths with quartz., stainless steel appliances, water and ice, new beds and furniture. Located in Beautiful Crescent Lakes. Just minutes, (12 miles) to theme parks, Disney. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Disney villa will be sure to make your vacation enjoyable. Relax under the Florida sun in the South/West facing pool, and relax on the over-sized pool deck. Located in a quiet community with 24-hour guard-security patrol with active camera surveillance, basketball, tennis, playgrounds and walking trails to use at your leisure. Our home is 100% smoke free and pet free and parties are not permitted. No hosting or events. Anyone found to be in violation of these may be asked to leave the property immediately without compensation or any refund of funds paid. A $500 fine will be applied if evidence of smoking in the home. Noise violations will be issued by the county to any guests who do not observe quiet hours after 11pm. Bedroom #1 - Master King size master with ensuite and walk in shower. High quality mattress. Direct pool access through sliding doors in the bedroom. TV Bedroom #2 Queen size High quality mattress. TV. Bedroom #3 Disney themed with matching twin beds and TV. Pack and Play, High Chair and Strollers. The master suite and other bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the house for privacy, which makes it ideal. Our home is child and baby friendly, smoke-free, pet-free (unless authorized by owner), and wireless internet. Enjoy breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, pack a lunch for the day and save on expensive restaurants. The breakfast bar seats 4, and the dining area seats 6. Outside on the covered lanai you'll find, a patio set that seats 6, for those looking to spend as much time as possible enjoying Florida's beautiful warm weather by dining poolside. After the parks, come home for a refreshing dip in the private pool. Please note Pool Heat is not included in the rental price. The cost is $ 165.00 per week, 450 per month and 30 US per day with a 5 day minimum. Summer months do not require pool heat. We are a Super Host on other platforms. Will consider monthly discount. Restaurants and shopping are very close by. Walmart, Publix and many others.

Summary: What a fantastic villa, it had everything we could possibly need. Comfortable furniute and beds. Clean saucepans, made a change not to scrub saucepans before use. The pool was brilliant and a lovely temperature. The outside sitting area was large and well shaded, a lovely change from a cramped lanni. Excellent communication with the owners. We were so pleased with everything we booked it again for next year. Can certainly highly recommended.
