Ο Ξερόκαμπος είναι ένας μικρός παραδεισένιος παραθαλλασιος οικισμός στην νοτιοανατολικη Κρήτη. Μια καταπράσινη και κατάμεστη από ελιές πεδιάδα που περιβάλλεται από τα απόκρημνα γυμνά και άγρια Λασηθιώτικα βουνά και καταπληκτικες αμμωδεις παραλιες.
Τεσσερεις βίλες, Krinakia villas, χτίστηκαν τοEίναι κτισμένες πολύ κοντά στην θάλασσα (περίπου 150 μέτρα) με εκπληκτική πανοραμική και ανεμπόδιστη θέα. Είναι σχετικά απομονωμένες από την φασαρία του οικισμού προσφέροντας απόλυτη ησυχία και γαλήνη. Η καθεμιά τους περιβάλλεται από ένα πλούσιο και όμορφο κήπο. Έχουν εξαιρετικά υψηλό επίπεδο ποιότητας ,προσεγμένες στην επίπλωση , ευρύχωρες και καλοφτιαγμένες. Είναι κατάλληλα εξοπλισμένες για καλοκαιρινές αλλά και χειμερινές διακοπές. Συνήθως ο καιρός σου επιτρέπει το κολύμπι μέχρι τα Χριστούγεννα.
Ισογειο διαμερισμα 90 τμ (που φιλοξενεί μέχρι 7 άτομα) η οποία διαθέτει εξωτερικη βεράντα με πέργκολα, ιδιωτικη πισινα, ενα κιοσκι στην πολυ μεγαλη πλακοστρωτη αυλη με τραπεζι και παγκους και καταπληκτικη θεα, ψησταριά. Αποτελείται από 2 μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια (το ενα ειναι χωρις παραθυρο, αλλα υπαρχει εξαερισμος) , μπάνιο , καθιστικό με ένα τριθέσιο καναπέ και ένα διθέσιο ο οποίος γίνεται και διπλό κρεβάτι. Κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη , μεγάλο ξύλινο τραπέζι , ηλεκτρικη κουζινα με κεραμικές εστίες, φουρνος και κάθε είδους μικροσυσκευές(καφετιέρα , βραστήρας , τοστιέρα , φρυγανιέρα , αποχυμωτής κ.α.) επίσης διαθέτει τηλεόραση, Lcd, δορυφορική nova, Dvd player, στερεοφωνικό ραδιόφωνο, Cd player και με εξωτερικό ηχείο, πλυντήριο ρούχων και σε όλους τους χώρους κλιματιστικά, εκτος απο το ενα υπνοδωματιο το οποιο εχει ανεμιστηρα.
Αλλαγή σεντονιών και πετσετών γίνεται κάθε τρεις ημέρες. Εβδομαδιαία καθαρισμός των διαμερισμάτων.
