This is the house that takes you away from everything. Incredible views of Beaver Lake and the Dam, lots of wildlife, and so very quiet. Fenced backyard. Spacious kitchen for cooking your favorite foods & comfortable furniture.
Located halfway between Garfield and Eureka Springs. There are 2 boat launches located minutes away at Indian Creek or Dam Site State Park. Both parks have plenty of parking and Beaver lakefront access.
Eureka Springs is a charming town that has many attractions and activities to enjoy including great food, ghost tours & the love of Victorian houses.
