Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.
Kona Plaza Condominium Complex has a great pool with lounge chairs & 2 BBQ decks with great views of the ocean/mountain.

Summary: Everything was great. We liked being right downtown close to shopping and restaurants. The sinks in the bathrooms are very slow draining. Loved the daybed on the lanai it got a lot of use.
