Koko Head Casa is a hip, modern vacation home in the heart of beautiful Hawaii Kai. Light and airy rooms with hip furnishings and decor create a relaxed space perfect for your next Hawaii trip. The entire home and private heated pool, lanais, yard, and garden area is reserved only for our guests, you don't share the space with anyone else (the attached garage is reserved for storage use by owner).
Discover Hawaii Kai, a small town conveniently located 20 minutes from Honolulu and Waikiki. Area sights and activities include popular Hanauma Bay, one of the best spots for beginner snorkeling on the island. Less than 5 minutes away from the house is Koko Marina with a variety of shops and restautants. Sandy Beach, Hanauma Bay and hiking including Koko Crater Stairs and Makapuu Lighthouse hikes are also nearby.

-Maximum occupancy is 8 adult guests, or 10 guests total including children (children are always welcome but please note that there is NO pool fence). Extra guest fee of $20/pp per night for all groups of more than 6 people, including any infants and toddlers. Please review bedding arrangements described above.
-Koko Head Casa is a casual and relaxed vacation house, not to be confused with or compared to a luxury home, and we would never represent it as such. It is clean, quiet and well-equipped. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors close-by, so please be sure that everyone in your travel group is made aware of this so that everyone has an amazing time.
-QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM, POOL HOURS ARE 9AM-7PM: The Koko Head Casa is located in a residential neighborhood and guests must be aware and respectful of neighboring properties at all times. Please be sure that ALL the members of your group are aware of the quiet hours and pool hours and will be able to comply BEFORE booking this property.
