De moderne grafietkleurige keuken is voorzien van diverse inbouwapparatuur, een nespresso apparaat, melkopschuimer en waterkoker. De houtlook vloer geeft een warme uitstraling aan het huisje. De woonkamer beschikt over een heerlijke comfortabele bank en fauteuil, tv, eethoek met 4 goede stoelen en servieskast. De slaapkamers zijn beide voorzien van 2 boxsprings, leeslampjes, een open kledingkast en een spiegel. In de badkamer vind je een douche, wastafel met spiegel en toilet. Buiten kan je heerlijk zitten op de veranda of op het gezellige terras aan de zijkant van het huisje voorzien van sfeerverlichting.
Het huisje is ontworpen en gebouwd met aandacht voor duurzaamheid en detail. De vloerverwarming en goede isolatie maakt het huisje zeer comfortabel, ook in de winter. Het huisje beschikt over een eigen parkeerplaats voor de deur. De tuin is rondom voorzien van een beukenhaag en schapenhek.
KNUS staat op een kleinschalig recreatiepark omringd door andere huisjes en mooie natuur zoals Landgoed Tongeren en Het Wisselse Veen in de directe omgeving.
Het huisje met tuin en parkeerplaats staat volledig tot jouw beschikking. Op het park is een speeltuin aanwezig en in Het Boshuis kan je terecht voor een hapje en een drankje. Een pannenkoekenrestaurant bevindt zich naast de ingang van het recreatiepark.
De beheerder van het park Marcel Schenk is op de aankomst en vertrekdagen aanwezig op het park.
De sleutel kan op verzoek ook in een sleutelkluisje worden gedaan zodat later inchecken mogelijk is.
In een rustige omgeving met prachtige natuur direct buiten het park. Dichtbij landgoed Tongeren met het bekende vlonderpad en Het Wissels Veen.
Zoek je vertier? Op 7 minuten rijden ben je in Epe, een leuk dorpje met diverse winkeltjes, supermarkten en heerlijke restaurants.
Je kan de auto parkeren voor de hoofdingang van het park. In het Boshuis ligt de sleutel van het huisje voor je klaar. Na het ophalen van de sleutel kan je met de auto het park op en kan je voor het huisje parkeren.
Verhuur is mogelijk per lang weekend, midweek of week met aankomst op maandag of vrijdag.
Op aanvraag kan de sleutel ook in een sleutelkluisje worden klaargelegd zodat je ook later aan kan komen.
