Positive: easy to get the key from the key box elevator, as our apartment was located on the 1st floor Free and safe parking inside the main courtyard new building, living room / bathroom / bedroom were offering lot of space
Negative: a microwave to quickly head up things was missing (not necessarily a minus) the build in ventilator from the kitchen could not be stopped and this was a bit annoying due to the produced noise
Summary: Nice apartment, close to the city center and good neighborhood
