Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf einem ehemalige Kleinbauernhof und liegt im ruhigen Teil von Hinterhermsdorf, im Ortsteil Neudorf. Das aus dem Jahre 1664 und 1840 stammende Umgebindehaus wurde liebevoll restauriert. Historische Bausubstanz, in Verbindung mit einer modernen Ausstattung sorgt für die richtige Urlaubsatmosphäre. Im Haus befinden sich 5 Ferienwohnungen für 2 bis 6 Personen. Der ehemalige Stall wurde zum gemütlichen Gastraumumfunktioniert, in welchem an kühleren Tagen der Kamin für eine anheimelnde Atmosphäre sorgt.
Zum Grundstückgehört eine Streuobst- Wiese von ca.6000 m²Größe, auf der sich auch ein kleiner Teichbefindet. Beliebter, abendlicher Treffpunkt ist unser Grillplatz. Auf unserem Abenteuerspielplatzmit Baumhaus und Kletterwand kommen unsere kleinen Gäste voll auf Ihre Kosten. Besonders beliebt ist der Matsch und Lehmspielplatz (Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Haus). Aus Lehm geformte und getrocknete Figuren habenschon manche Eltern über die Kreativität Ihrer Kinder ins Staunen gebracht.
Spielt das Wetter mal nicht so mit, dann gibt es in unserem Regenspielzimmer eine Menge Möglichkeiten Groß und Klein zum Beschäftigen. Natürlich gibt es auch Tiere. Unsere lustigen Zwerg-Ziegen „Schoko, Lolli und Streusel“ kann man selbstverständlich streicheln und sie haben meistens allerlei Unsinn im Kopf.

Unsere Betten sind Allergiker geeignet und für unsere jüngsten Gäste stellen wir natürlich auch Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Wickeltisch, Tragegestell und Bollerwagen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
