This mostly ground floor property has a double bedroom, a lower ground floor twin bedroom, a room with adult bunks, a bathroom, a lower ground floor kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of individual, portable barbecues, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Kingfisher Cottage is a great holiday base. Note: Shared outdoor heated swimming pool available April-October
