Kempy's Kabin is situated in Augusta 5 minutes from the river, town and park. The lovely brick 2 storey home is nestled in a peaceful part of Augusta. The house is spacious and can sleep 6 comfortably. In the upstairs part, there are 4 single beds, tv, couch and bean bags for the kids (there are gates at the top and bottom of the stairs for the little ones.) There is also a queen bedroom as well. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and they are all big and spacious. The bathroom is downstairs and an extra toilet in the laundry downstairs. iThere is also a high chair and porta cot available on request and a pram. There are plenty of board games for the kids and lots of area in the garden for them to explore with an abundance of wildlife. There is plenty of parking and an outdoor area for you to unwind. There are fishing rods and bikes for you to use as well. Just a short drive to the beach, pub and local areas. We provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Kempy Kabin has a great beachy feel to it. Augusta and surrounds are wonderful and there is lots of exploring to do. A great home away from home with lots of fun, laughter and memories to be made.
