Positive: The location can't be beaten. Augusta is so beautiful and peaceful. The locals are very welcoming. The beachfront walks around the bays, and the marina are amazing. The "Augustans" should be proud of their town!
Negative: The property is dated. However, the price reflects this. The main issue is the cleanliness of the property. There was a very high level of dust not cleaned on and in the furniture (Mainly cabinets). The cushions are dirty and there are multiple cobwebs in the area behind the kitchen. Also the undercover parking area has a lot of debris. We sustained a puncture from parking under there with a screw being lodged in a tyre (not a cheap repair).
