Beautifully proportioned and ideal for effortless summer living, the attractive and well-appointed accommodation, unfolding elegantly over 3-4 levels, offers a great opportunity for larger families or groups of friends to enjoy their individual space while, at the same time, share each other’s company with ease.
Decorated with a simple, tasteful colour scheme, Kastraki enjoys an airy, relaxed and very welcoming ambience. A wall of exposed stone adds character to the open plan living/dining area, while another made almost entirely of glass draws the eye inexorably across to the garden, pool and those beautiful views beyond.
A more than equitable balance of facilities has each of the five attractive bedrooms complemented by five en suite bath/shower rooms with a further, sixth shower room available off the games room on the lower level.
At 12.5 metres in length the private swimming pool is much longer than average plus there is an additional infinity edged overflow, directly into a shallow 2.5m² pool below (with and in-water bench providing cool seating for when temperatures are at their height). A part-decked and part-lawned sun terrace sits to one side of the pool while numerous mature olive trees adorn the substantial tiered, lawned grounds. With so many tempting locations to choose from everyone is guaranteed to find their own unique spot in which to relax in the sunshine.
Home to the popular beaches of Ipsos (2.3km) and Barbati (3km), water taxis, water sports, boat trips/hire and an excellent choice of shops, bars and tavernas are all easily found along the nearby coastline. Atmospheric Corfu Town itself is only about a 20 minute drive via the scenic coastal road.
