Our private apartment we call "Skyview" is a 15th floor, beautifully decorated, Luxury, Loft style apartment with incredible views over the city to the mountains of Puerto Rico. “Skyview” is brand new to the vacation rental market and is in one pf the premier condos in the area.
The apartment situated between Condado and Old San Juan, is in the secure gated Atlantis Condominium. This bright, loft style apartment provides sleeping for 2 in a Queen bed with full bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, 4 burner electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. We provide all linens, pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the kitchen closet. Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you! The living room has a smart TV for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the pool or the beach. The apartment is air conditioned and has high-speed WIFI. This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location with quick access Condado and Old San Juan. And about a 5 minute walk to Balneario Escambron Beach, Caribe Hilton, Mortons, Fogo de Chao and more. Just 15 min from Luis Munoz International Airport, 10 min to Old San Juan, 40 min to El Yunque. UBER or taxi to anything around, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado and beyond.
We are nearby and and attend to our guests personally.

Summary: This condo was perfect! The view from the condo is amazing! You get a full view of the city, and it is in a perfect location right between Old San Juan and Condado. There is beach access close by and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. The condo itself is beautiful and has a great kitchen. The only thing that could have been improved it that there was no hot water in the shower. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!
