Freundliche Gastgeber (inklusive hausgemachtem Schnaps und Kuchen und Obst bei mehreren Gelegenheiten), sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus, ruhige, wunderschöne Landschaft mit verhältnismäßig kurzen Wegen zum Strand oder anderen Ausflugszielen.
