This nice villa includes:
- A spacious living area, that can be opened or closed off, including a living room – a dining room - a US kitchen with a central bar . All these living spaces open onto the pool through large windows. These windows can allow you to isolate yourself in case of extreme heat (air conditioned space), rain, or to avoid the few mosquitoes at night.
- 2 large separated master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower or bath tub, sink, toilet), wardrobe, TV, Queen size bed (180 cms), a outdoor terrace overlooking pool
- First floor: bedroom-TV room with TV and sofa-bed (equipment: Office desk - TV - DVD player – sofa-bed (220 x 140))
- Shower corner downstairs ( shower, sink, toilet)
- Outside:
- A garden sofa where you can relax, have a drink or dinner
- A relaxation gazebo style ... to lie down , read or relax.
- A over-flow pool and integrated Jacuzzi visible from all living areas`
- Landscaped garden
- In front of villa : parking area for a car or motobikes
Upon your arrival you will be seduced by the charm of this modern villa which is bathed in light due to its large Windows areas. This villa was completed in 2013, under its luxurious aspects this villa is above all pleasant , functional, allowing you to spend a wonderful holiday with family and friends.
At nightfall, the lights of the garden and the pool create a particularly magical and relaxing atmosphere for your enjoyment. The statues, the pool, the sound of water and evening lights promote zenitude and ensure your well-being.
To ensure that you enjoy a great holiday, we offer you all these services:
- Airport transfers with our driver.
- For your convenience Sandrine (French-English-Indonesian speaking), our manager is at your disposal to facilitate your stay, to help you to discover the places to visit, to recommend restaurants, boutiques-shops, spas ... or to assist you in case of a particular problem. Sandrine will be happy to make your vacation unforgettable!
- Household employee: 5-7h per day - 6 days /week, discrete and friendly person speaking a little English, is in charge of the villa . She can prepare for you breakfast on request (cost of food is not included) and make the purchases for it. In case you prefer to have privacy you can ask her to leave at anytime.
- Your first breakfast will be offered
- A welcome basket (drinks, ...) will be at your disposal on your arrival
- Linen provided: sheets, towels, pool towels
- Chilled water drinking fountain
- Local phone at your disposal to facilitate your local calls (reservations for restaurants, taxis, ...)
- Full equipment of the villa :
o air-conditioned rooms, air-conditioned living space and fans
o safe books in each bedroom
o satellite TV in each room, DVD player,
o wireless internet, ....
- Regular service of gardener and pool maintenance
- Security service at night
- Maintenance service
Upon request, our manager can:
- Book for your motorbike (4 euros daily) or a car (20 to 40 euros per day)
- Reserve our driver for a day tour (30 to 50 euros per day all included with driver, car and gazoline – for 7 people max)
- Help you discover Bali and Seminyak area
- Book a babysitter
- Provide a cooking chef
- Give you a guide to all the restaurants making delivery at home

- Short stay : from 220 € to 290 € all services included and taxes also.
- Per week: from 1400 to 1800 € (200-257 € / night)
- For 2 weeks: from 2600 to 3300 € (186 to 236 € / night)
