Positive: The interior is essentially all new and tastefully done. Excellent communication from the owner.
Negative: For our large group, it was necessary to wash towels since there Were no extras for our four night stay. Very nice washer and dryer though. The kitchen has the very essentials but nothing more. It is not the nicest of neighborhoods but it turned out to be just fine. There's a little bit of road noise. The exterior is not all that nice and there's a trailer parked right next to the house. It wasn't clear if anybody was staying there, although I did see somebody go into it at one time.
Summary: Everything worked out perfectly fine. Excellent communication.
