Inside, entertain in two separate spacious living areas. The large living room and open dining area create a wonderful space for conversation and fun, while the roomy family room and open kitchen provide an easy place to enjoy the comforts of home and friendship. Cook like a five-star chef and dine in distinction. The Chef’s Kitchen has been carefully appointed with a suite of stainless steel appliances from high-end manufactures and beautiful soft-close drawers and cabinets that are thoughtfully stocked with every imaginable kitchen accessory.
The large family room is beautifully decorated with warm tones, surround sound speakers for enjoying a movie on the large 50” 4K LED television or music connected to a smart device, and delight in gas log fireplace. Sit at the kitchen table or on the sofa and enjoy peaceful views of the backyard oasis with a backdrop of the Indio Hills and Little San Bernardino Mountains.
The open living/ dining room with multiple sitting areas is a great space to have some fun with the many provided games, relax and read a book, or enjoy some cocktails from the bar area. Entertain family and friends with a wonderful meal while sitting at the dining room table.
The Master suite features a California King size bed with European bedding, 50” 4K LED flat screen television and beautiful views overlooking the open outdoor living area. Two end tables with reading lamps, and two dressers adorn this large room. The Master bath has his and hers vanities, private commode, separate shower, and soaking tub and a large walk in closet.
The two additional guest bedrooms are furnished with comfortable gel mattresses, luxurious linens, end tables with reading lamps and wall mounted 43” flat screen televisions. One of the guest rooms has a Queen bed, and the other has two XL Twin beds that can easily be converted into an optional European King size bed with a comfort topper.

Additional information about rental rates
Rental Fee: Seasonal.
The rental fee is listed for one week (inquire about pricing for longer stays). Minimum age for primary renter is 30 years old which is required by the City. The rate is flexible.
Over-seeding discount applies for 2 weeks each fall when the grass is scalped and seeded with winter grass. Guests are not permitted to walk on the grass areas during the over-seeding; grass appears brown for the first 5 days of over-seeding.
Staff & Services are available at an extra cost. Advance notice is required: (Villa pre-stocking, Housekeeping, Chef service)
Cleaning Fee: $125 per week
The fee is based on 6 man hours of cleaning. If the house requires additional hours they will be charged to renter at $40 per hour.
Cancellations: Moderate
Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
