Welcome to Plitvice Falls Cottage!
All rooms are elegantly decorated and equipped with an extra-large bed, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a minibar. All guests are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of water. A private bathroom with a shower and free branded toiletries is available in each room. Possibility of breakfast for 15 € per person per day. Summary: Stayed 2 nights in early September and overall a wonderful stay. 12-15 minute walk to hidden Entrance 3 of the park through a quiet neighborhood. It’s not really close to any other restaurants without going to another vacation rental so we ate on site both nights. You can customize your dinners to have a 1,2 or 3 course home cooked meal. Cash only for breakfast and dinner but we knew that ahead of time so we were prepared. Jasmine is a wonderful host and best part is all of the tips she provides for navigating through the park to avoid the crowds. I was amazed how she knew which direction to go depending on what time of day we headed out to the park each day. We stayed in the second, newly constructed house. Room 10 on the 2nd floor. Bathroom was immaculate and bed was comfortable. Good A/C. We had trouble with the TV when wanting to relax at night but manageable. Walls are a bit thin as others have noted but only a problem one night when we had a very loud talker nextdoor. I had a few questions prior to arrival and it took several weeks to get a response but that wouldn’t deter me from booking this place or coming back. Well worth it and better than staying at the few hotels offered within the park.
