Positive: This house is very beautiful and clean, just like the pictures. The location is great, clean neighborhood, and 15 min drive from downtown.
Negative: The host waited until check in time (4PM) to inform me that the refrigerator was broken which was a huge inconvenience for me because we had planned to prepare birthday brunch. They did try to accommodate me with a mini fridge, it was just not large enough, so we had to eat out every meal and was unable to store leftovers. I was told there was a $500 security deposit at check in and somehow management charged me the deposit twice, $500 on two different forms of payments. Communication with the host was horrible. You are never able to get someone on the phone. Even Booking.com customer service was unable to reach the host. I was finally able to get a rep to communicate via text. They were very slow to address my concerns.
