The grande pool deck offers a heated pool, 14 person hot tub, built-in propane gas grill, abundance of high end outdoor furniture, and a gas fire pit for those nights under the stars. The pool can be heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. The adjoining creek front lot, with deep water access and additional parking, is just the cherry on top! All of these spectacular amenities are a few short steps away from the white sand of Garden City Beach!
