Detached villa of 350m2 divided into 2 floors, on the entrance floor to the house there is a suite room with interior living room and own bathroom, two other double rooms with bathroom, very spacious living room with two rooms, fully equipped kitchen , and three terraces, one with a table and umbrella to enjoy eating and viewing the wonderful views of the Sierra de Guadarrama and surroundings, there is also a gas barbecue for quick and easy use. On the lower floor there is another double room with its own bathroom and a games room-cellar that has billiards, table football, electronic darts target, stereo, etc. where to enjoy in the company of friends and / or family, the winery has 1000m2 direct exit to the garden. Two Community Pools, one of them very large and deep surrounded by landscaped lawn with umbrellas and another smaller and shallow pool for the enjoyment of children, also the facilities have a tennis court, football and basketball in the urbanization a few 100m from the house, there is also a children's area with swings for the little ones. The house has an indoor and outdoor garage. The garden and the house has a door at the bottom through which you can directly access the forest road area where you can enjoy a pleasant walk even more if you go with a pet.
