This conveniently located, spacious, bright and breezy apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful island of Grenada. With views over Calivigny Island It is only a 5 minute drive from the world famous Grand Anse beach, and a 15 minute walk from Clark’s Court Bay Marina.
The space:
The apartment consists of a living area, fitted kitchen, shower room, WC and one double bedroom with built in wardrobe storage and a study desk area with an ergonomic desk chair.
Guest access:
The apartment is a 15 minute walk from Clarks Court Bay Marina in one direction and about the same in the other direction to the beautiful Grand Anse and major bus routes connecting you to the whole Island. For those not wanting to walk taxi's are easily available. Just up the road you have Iguana's sports bar and Andy's Soup Bowl where you will find great food, either to eat in or take away. There is also a small village shop a short walk from the apartment. If you are thinking of renting a car do message me as I can provide the details of some reliable car rental companies. On road parking is available.

I am British-Grenadian who has lived in Grenada for over 10 years. I love this Island and enjoy nothing more that sharing all my favourite places, and my local knowledge with my guests. Please note, there is a short but steep hill to the apartment inclusive of steps which is not suitable for those with poor mobility, and the gym upstairs is known to play music which can be heard from the unit during it's busy times.
Whilst it cannot be guaranteed on every booking, I do offer early check-ins and check-outs upon request as I appreciate some of my guests have had long journeys so don't hesitate to ask!
