Independent house 100 meters from the beach, with heated and private pool, barbecue area, terraces, air-conditioned lounge and various leisure spaces. On the ground floor there are 3 exterior double rooms with double glazed windows, two of them with bathroom en suite. On the upper floor we have a room with two single beds, which is next to a bathroom, another large room with double size bed and bathroom ensuite, and separately, a 6th. bedroom with a sloping roof with 3 beds of 90cm, available under request. 6 bathrooms in total that offer hot tub in the main one and two hydromassage showers. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and utensils. Dinning room. Laundry room with washer and dryer. International channels, including SKY sports and Netflix. Towels and bed linen are provided. Billiards. 4 bicycles. Wide spaces. Ideal for athletes and families. Next to the promenade.

Summary: Hi, we were a group of 5 friends who stayed in Ity House - it was a great villa for us as we all had our own spacious bedroom and bathroom. The entire house was spotlessly clean and very well looked after. It is certainly a very quirky house, full of character and with lots of seating areas - both in and out of the sun, it is a lot bigger than it looks on the photos. Location wise for us was perfect, 5 minute taxi ride from the airport, 5 minute walking distance to a bus stop, there is a small supermarket just over the road and bigger supermarkets (Mercadono, Spar etc) around 10 minute walk - easy to get a taxi back with all of the shopping. The beach is just 2 minutes from the villa and there is a lovely promenade to walk along with plenty of really nice bars and restaurants. If you want to visit the more tourist resorts such as Puerto del Carmen its so easy to just jump on a bus, they are pretty frequent, take about 25 minutes and cost a couple of euros. Would we go to Ity House again - for sure we would - we loved both the house and the area - massive thanks to Emilio for being such a great host and look forward to visiting again!
