The house has a spacious garden/yard and it is located just in front of the huge parkland of Baroutadiko in Aigaleo (tree-planted area of approximately 134 acres) which is ideal for walking/running/cycling, etc very close to the metro station of Agia Marina (approx. 700m, 5-10min walk, blue line starting from the airport) and the metro station of Aigaleo (approx. 900m, 5-10min walk, blue line starting from the airport), and Athens University (TEI) of Applied Sciences (approx. 700m & 5-10min walk) and the University of West Attica (approx. 1,5km & 10-15min walk). Athens Airport under normal traffic conditions is 30 minutes by car/taxi, or 40-45 min by metro. It is located, in a very quiet neighborhood. It was fully renovated by the summer of 2022 and it is fully furnished and equipped. There is one bedroom with a king size bed (+cot if requested), large wardrobe, desk for work/study, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with double sofa bed, smart TV, and spacious, properly furnished yard ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine. Bed linen, towels, care products and all electrical appliances are provided. apartment is fully heated with natural gas and air conditioned. Fast Wi-Fi connection is available.
