The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel like home. In addition to electrical equipment, new kitchen utensils, a coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) and anything else you may need, in the cabinets you will also find oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, sugar, coffee and tea.

The unique feature of the area is the huge sandy beach with shallow waters suitable for families with children and the unique view of Thessaloniki especially at night. Also the visitor can walk or cycle in complete safety.
Another unique feature of our area is the direct access to the shopping centers IKEA, MENDITERRANEAN COSMOS, APOLLONIA POLITIA within 30 minutes by car, thus allowing the visitor to do their shopping without going to the city center if they do not wish to.

Access to HALKIDIKI is very easy from our area, both on the first leg and on the remaining two. The exit to the ring road is very easy and short compared to other areas.
