The barrier-free apartment is located in the rear part of the owner company's residential building and can also be easily reached with a wheelchair or walking aid via a ramp. It covers an area of approx. 35 square meters and includes a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery for up to 12 people, egg cooker including cups, sufficient cutlery and Coffee and breakfast dishes. In addition to a 2-door wardrobe and a dining table for 4 people, there is also a double sofa bed with a table, TV with satellite dish, wardrobe and enough space in the drawer cupboard.
