Wonderful property (approx. 1,900 sq.ft.) located on the beach in the Grand Venetian complex above the 12th floor with spectacular ocean and city views from the large front veranda with mountain and cruise ship views from bedroom verandas. Giant infinity pool on beach with separate infinity pool for each tower.
Ideally located between downtown and the airport and next to shopping and restaurants right behind the La Isla Shopping Center. Most amenities within walking distance or short taxi ride costing $4-$8 USD. Administrator located in PV for check in and orientation. We can help with local attractions.
Marble and tile floors and granite countertops. Full size kitchen includes blender, toaster and microwave and basic supplies. Laundry room includes washer and dryer and basic supplies so you can pack less. High quality furnishings throughout including veranda furniture and barbecue on main veranda with built in hot tub. Computer working area overlooks Banderas Bay. Three LCD TV's. Security gate and underground parking. Gym, activity room and business center available. Full service (food and drinks) palapa next to pool.
An administrator resides in PV who will check you in and give you a tour of the facilities, suggest activities and make restaurant suggestions/reservations. Three golf courses are available within 30 minutes - the Marina course and Vista Vallarta with terrific Nicklaus and Weiskopf courses.

Summary: The condo is outstanding. It comes as advertised. Well stocked and was able to cook in without having to purchase spices oils etc. We will definitely book this unit in the future. Josh responded immediately to any questions we had. The view is breathtaking.
