The first level has a nice size living room, large kitchen with dining, full bath with shower as well as a half bath, den with TV, 2 bedrooms and a third bonus sleeping area. Walk out onto the deck from the kitchen to the deck with seating, gas grill and large yard as well as outdoor shower. The second level offers two more bedrooms and another full bath. Lower level has a sitting area with TV ping pong table as well as washer/dryer. Home is within a short distance to area amenities. ***Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. Beach pass provided.

Summary: We had a lovely time in osterville, the house was very nice and well equipped for our stay. It was within a short walk to the town and the local beach was close by, a short drive or about a 20 minute walk and it was a lovely beach. We all enjoyed our stay on cape cod and visited others towns, we went whale watching, hired bikes, kayaking, trip to Boston, Provincetown, we had a great time and did as much as we could do, Michelle the property manager was on hand for any queries or small problems we had and anything we questioned was dealt with. Would recommend for a stay.
