Positive: The villa was large, with beautiful bedrooms, the views upstairs were amazing. We enjoyed sitting outside at night drinking local wine, Montaione is close by and is beautiful with great restaurants. Federico was very helpful and was available promptly to help! Also his brother was very helpful too, they are clearly dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible and providing recommendations on where to visit and eat out!!
Negative: We experienced high temperatures that were way above seasonal norms, which made sleeping at night difficult. Federico did mention air conditioning in the future, may be an option. Also mosquito screening over the windows would help, all challenging when used to a Scottish climate. If this was provided the accommodation would be exceptional! There were electric fans.
Summary: Beautiful countryside and house, with a charming host!
