An oasis of tranquillity, privacy and of absolute peace suitable to those appreciating not only a complete relax but also nice tours in the most enchanting hamlets of central Italy. Indoor 2 floors for 280 sq. mt. + 140 sq. mt. outdoor looking into well kept and in bloom gardens. It’s situated in a park with a wide swimming pool (15x7) surrounded by a comfortable area for sunbathing and within a private hamlet duly fenced with 2 other farmhouses. Summary: We, 5 people, spent a wonderful week of our holidays at the very quiet place "charming hills". Altough the owners Alessandra and Emily are living at the same area, they were reluctant, friendly and very helpful. They gave us good tips for sightseeing in Umbria and Toscany. We booked the generous equipped house with two bathrooms. Due to the size of the house each family member had a plenty of retreat possibilities. We appreciated the large and well equipped kitchen including a big baking oven. This comforted us about the lack of Barbecue. The house has a screened terrace to give us enough privacy. Next to the well located swimming pool was the table-tennis and a gazebo where we recieved UMTS. Around the pool and on the property, there are plenty of shade trees so that it is pleasant even at high temperatures. Charming Hills is a good recommendation for a relaxing holiday in Umbria and we would be glad to come back again once a time.
