A private and closed courtyard allows you to enjoy the garden in complete privacy and tranquility. An outbuilding converted into a summer lounge offers a shaded place for relaxation, moments of conviviality and meals. around a 300 year old grape press. Lastly, a meadow maintained and sported behind the house which takes the place of parking (direct access on one level from the terrace between the two houses) allows you a sporting relaxation (football cages available) or playful (large trampoline). A little corner of paradise for families or groups of adults.
The house is in the purest Mâcon style, with a covered gallery over two vaulted cellars (one available). The south-facing gallery serves the kitchen of 15m2. This floor includes a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom. The living room of 30m2 welcomes you around its stove in the old fireplace and its countryside table for 6 or 8 people. Direct access to a tiled south-facing outdoor terrace, furnished with a garden furniture and very nicely flowered, offers an intimate space for breakfast in the sun ... Upstairs, in the fully furnished and renovated attic (1st use for New Year 2018), a 45m2 dormitory, bright and quiet, with three 90 cm beds and a lounge area with a 2 seater sofa bed. A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with tub and window. All the furniture is new.
The owners have their second home in another building, a former sheepfold. They will rarely be present during rentals.
For outdoor recreation, a ping pong table and 3 bikes, one of which is small (10 and 12 years old), are available as well as 2 scooters. Three deckchairs and a hammock will rock your naps.
