ScorpioBay Villa is a beautiful 5BR villa near Chalkida built into the hillside overlooking the Aegean sea. Great outdoor spaces include the 60m2 swimming pool and a functional BBQ. The interior is modern, stylish and comfortable. You will enjoy the magnificent sea view from the swimming pool, the terrace and most rooms of the house.
The villa is built into the hillside, by the sea, on two levels.
The ground floor comprises the ambient living&dining room, the stylish "whitewashed - roustique" functional kitchen and a guest bathroom.
One floor above is the main double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and jaccuzi and its own private balcony overlooking the sea, and yet two other ensuite double bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
On the level below the swimming pool there are two beautiful independent studios, with ensuite bathrooms and large terraces offering undisrupted sea views.
Outside the Villa, on the terrace, there is the large 60 m2 swimming pool, as well as a barbeque area and a covered dining area with sea view.
A small private beach awaits you, to immerse into the Aegean waters, just a 2 min walk down the wide stairs which lead to the sea.
The property also offers a large parking spot for guests to leave their car, with a capacity for four cars.
