Consisting of a main house and converted barn, you'll have access to two separate living spaces, and the run of a gorgeous property, surrounded by trees. With sweeping mountain views, an in-ground pool, several covered decks, and a shady, gazebo-covered patio by the pool, it’s easy to enjoy your natural surroundings right from home.
If you want to explore, Hesperus Ski Area is around 19 miles away, and all the shops, restaurants, and amenities in either Durango or Farmington are around 25 miles away. If you're here to fish, you'll love the private river access behind the main house and private pond north of the barn. Lake Nighthorse is 23 miles away.
In the main house, you'll find two levels of space to spread out, traditional, homey decor, and cozy hardwood floors on the main level. A full kitchen makes it easy to feed the crew, and there's room for everyone between the dining room table, breakfast bar, and patio table outside. At the barn, you'll find abundant natural light and mountain views from nearly every window. Another full kitchen (no dishwasher) makes meal prep a breeze. Both homes feature wood-burning fireplaces, ideal for cozy nights at home, and free WiFi if you must stay connected.
