Ideally situated on Dragonfly Park, this beautiful Watercolor home features an open floor plan with abundant natural light and spacious porches. No details have been overlooked in this meticulously maintained and designer-furnished two story residence. There are four bedrooms plus bunk room, four and a half bathrooms. Features include upgraded oak hardwood floors throughout, a chef's kitchen with Thermador appliances and a beautiful bar area including a wine fridge. As you enter the home off the deep front porch, the open concept floor plan with large living room comes into view. From the dining room, French doors open onto a spacious screened-in porch with a TV and sitting are all overlooking the manicured park.
